Responsibilities
- Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end vendor management strategy, including selection, onboarding, performance oversight, and ongoing optimization Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and contractual expectations Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and outcomes Partner with operational and executive leaders to identify opportunities to leverage vendor partnerships
- requirements Collaborate with finance to oversee vendor budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization Lead negotiations and support contract management activities as needed Drive cross-functional alignment between internal stakeholders and external vendors
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred 8+ years of progressive
- experience in vendor management, operations, or related leadership roles
- Experience managing complex vendor relationships in healthcare, revenue cycle, or outsourcing environments strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at a senior level Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven track record of driving performance improvements and operational efficiencies Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Why Join Ensemble?
