Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do - Build deep, lasting relationships with our existing and future customers - Advise and support the implementation of Levelpath to our customers - Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our processes, assets, and systems (Zendesk & Salesforce) for serving enterprise accounts - Develop best practice guides and product documentation to share with customers - Identify champions and build relationships with key business stakeholders within accounts - Drive new solution offerings to our customers
Requirements

- experience in a customer-facing/customer-management role - B2B SaaS
- experience in a fast-paced environment - BA or BS - Demonstrated
- experience improving processes - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Adaptability and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment - Comfort in managing multiple workstreams - Ability to communicate with stakeholders across product and engineering - Effective collaboration and self-starter mindset - Availability for some travel - when the time comes to visit your customers!
