About the Role The ideal candidate should have a strong retail sales and customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best outcome.
Some of the tasks the successful candidate will be responsible for are, Taking customer’s enquiries in store and over the phone.
Investigating and helping customers problem solve therapy issues.
Provide set-up, on-going support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
Fit the customer for a mask and help recommend the most appropriate mask based on training provided.
Provide customers with advice in the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
