- experience managing a team of Solutions Engineers or technical customer-facing professionals, with a track record of developing talent and improving team performance. - Strong command of the pre-sales motion: discovery, technical qualification, POC design, and connecting technical capabilities to business outcomes. - Proven
- experience managing customer outcomes through various stages of the customer journey, from sales process to onboarding, adoption, and growth. - Strong understanding of Linux networking and network security principles. - Practical hands-on knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform. - Hands-on
- experience with at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- - Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts: SSO, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, mTLS, zero trust architecture, and PAM.
- - Fluency in English required; additional European language proficiency (German, French, Dutch, or others) is a meaningful advantage. The
