Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Order office supplies, track inventory, and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field. 1–3 years of
- experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or any office management software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or client-facing environment. Basic knowledge of billing, invoicing, or data entry.
