Requirements
- You will manage SOX certification, quarterly representation letters, and ensure completion of required assurance procedures for leadership reporting.
- What We're Looking For You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- You hold a certified accounting qualification (e.g., CPA).
- experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably within multinational organizations, including 3–5 years in a management role (depending on plant or legal entity size and complexity).

- The Finance Controller ensures accurate financial reporting for the Thailand legal entity in compliance with Goodyear policies, US and local GAAP, while maintaining strong internal controls.
- The role supports business partnering with management by providing financial insights for strategic decisions and expansion initiatives, and ensures consistent accounting and control practices.
- It also oversees quarterly financial statement preparation for external audit and approval by the Board and shareholders.
- What You'll Do You will coordinate with Controlling, functional teams, and GBS Manila to ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close, analysis, and legal entity reporting.
- You will oversee statutory books and US GAAP reporting, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and accounting standards.
- You will maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring SOX compliance, effective control execution, and timely remediation of audit and control gaps.
