Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, G-Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Designer and more
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Prepare executive level decks and representations of analysis for QBRs, planning, and ad hoc needs
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and data dictionaries
- Collaborate with IT, RevOps, Marketing, CS, and Sales to improve data quality and data infrastructure
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide timely reporting as needed Role Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 6+ years of
- experience in a data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in Big Query, SQL, Designer, SFDC, and Tableau and at least two data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) •
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Knowledge and expertise in Renewals and Inside Sales business mechanics, metrics, and processes
- Knowledge of A/B testing, predictive modeling, or machine learning basics
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
