Responsibilities
- Own the digital marketing process, from analyzing current stats, looking at areas for improvement and creating innovative digital marketing campaigns
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including the use of social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM) to promote products, brands, and services
- Review current direct mail strategy used by the company and look for areas of potential improvement and implement these with an end goal of creating a quantifiable upturn in sales figures.
- Discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, and promotion based on market research findings with appropriate departments and/or stakeholders
- Write, copy and manage creation and release process for digital and print collateral, including solution briefs, case studies, brochures, web content and sales slides
- Brief internal creative and design teams on client requirements, monitor the progress of advertising and marketing campaigns, and liaise with stakeholders on potential modifications
- Create infographics, charts, display advertisements, social content, and other visual assets in conjunction with graphic design team
- Generate leads and demand in conjunction with TransPerfect's digital marketing team through digital advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Search Engine Optimization (SEO), account-based marketing and thought leadership
- Oversee localization of divisional materials into multiple languages
Requirements
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager / supervisor REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to distil complex concepts into simple, user-friendly, visually effective ideas
- Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field
- experience in a marketing role, with a preference for content marketing and project management DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 2-4 years of
- experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital strategy / execution
