Responsibilities

Collaborate with telecom service providers for circuit provisioning, fault resolution, and upgrades.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and asset inventories.
Support implementation of network projects, migrations, and capacity planning.
Ensure compliance with security standards and assist in periodic audits.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).

Work closely with cross-functional teams (NOC, IT, VoIP, Infrastructure) to support operations. Required Skills &
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and VPNs.
Familiarity with telecom hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, etc.).
Experience working with ISPs, telecom carriers, or enterprise voice/data networks.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Preferred Certifications (Good to Have): CCNA / JNCIA / CompTIA Network+ Exposure to SD-WAN, VoIP, or network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG).
Experience in telecom provisioning systems or NOC support.

Minimum 2 years of networking experience, preferably in telecom or ISP environments.
