- JOB SUMMARY Job Profile Summary Performs advanced level of work related to nomination, confirmation, and scheduling activities for local distribution companies (LDC), intrastate and gathering pipelines or natural gas liquids (NGL) distribution.

- Responsibilities Initiate, schedule, review, and monitor daily nominations to maintain pipeline integrity by minimizing Operational Balance Agreement (OBA) and shipper or customer imbalances Coordinate with traders regarding overall daily scheduling and balancing positions on interstate and intrastate pipelines; report any problems to traders regarding flow of gas or NGL Interact with gas control representatives, customers, operators, producers, pipeline companies and others concerning nominations,
- Experience analyzing and resolving issues and/or questions concerning scheduling, nominations, balancing, and allocations
- Experience and/or training related to: Gas purchase Gas control Gas accounting Transportation services Volume control Customer service Pipeline Tariffs NGL Distribution (as specified by position)
- Experience reading and interpreting applicable contracts, agreements, reports, statements, invoices, confirmations, correspondence, tariffs, government regulations, industry standards, electronic bulletin board communications, and company policies and procedures
- Experience composing and preparing balancing reports, volume summaries, confirmations, reports, pipeline postings, storage reports, and electronic bulletin board communications
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
