Responsibilities
- Build the eCommerce seasonal buy plans.
- Run weekly Sales, Stock and Inbounds analysis to uncover risks and opportunities across the product portfolio at a market level.
- Collaborate with omni channel teams to make adjustments to product launch and drop out dates based on business needs.
- Support inventory management through re-forecasting/order book trades and discussions between DTC ECommerce, DTC Retail, and wholesale.
Requirements
- experience in Merchandise Planning, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or buying, ideally within a DTC or eCommerce landscape.
- experience leveraging a data analytics tool such as Looker, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, SPS commerce or other preferred.
- Innate understanding of digital customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends and how seasonality can impact product portfolio efficiency.
- Experience with other digital businesses such as marketplaces, dropship or social commerce is a plus. What we offer:

- As the eCommerce Buyer for Latam, you will lead the forecasting and buying process across our direct distributed countries for digital in the region.
- You will aim to build a comprehensive forecast of the full product assortment, highlighting potential risks and opportunities by deepdiving at different levels.
- You understand how movements in Supply Chain and Operations can impact stock level, stock cover and size availability.
- You will communicate across a broad spectrum of stakeholders in order to optimize product efficiency and stock turn.
- With both a commercial and analytical background, you will contribute to a high-performing team with a consumer-centric and data-driven culture at the core, turning your insights into growth initiatives for increased efficiency within our region.
