Responsibilities

Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to design and execute targeted pipelines aligned with business goals.
Deliver an elite, high-touch interview journey to position Mytheresa as an employer of choice.
Build strategic external partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.
Support the team on strategic recruitment projects, employer branding, and operational workflow improvements.

experience in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on, advanced
experience utilizing the Workday Recruiting module.
Confidence and fluency in using advanced AI tools within the recruitment workflow (e.g., sourcing, screening, automation).
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern passive sourcing platforms.
University degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
Strong ability to influence, prioritize, negotiate, and constructively push back with stakeholders.

Please note this is a one-year fixed term contract.
