Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through high-volume, outbound outreach to SMB prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle—from first contact to close—executing with speed, confidence, and care.
- Deliver compelling, consultative conversations that show how Mindbody technology solves real business challenges.
Requirements
- Use Salesforce to track progress, forecast accurately, and optimize performance.
- Proven record of converting outbound leads into closed deals within 45 days or less.
- Confident using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS or wellness/fitness technology is a plus. key
Experience
- 2–4 years of success in high-volume, full-cycle sales or as a top-performing Senior SDR in SaaS.
