Responsibilities
- - Build and maintain lead scoring and routing systems that keep the top of funnel healthy and ensure clean, timely handoffs to BDRs.
- - Ensure compliance with applicable data management regulations in marketing operations.
- - Collaborate with Marketing to design, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements
- About the Role: We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who's sharp with HubSpot and instinctively reaches for AI tools to work faster and smarter.
- We expect you to actively use AI, whether that's LLMs, copilots, automation platforms, or even vibe coding lightweight tools, to accelerate ops work and deliver better outcomes.
- - Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools across marketing operations workflows to reduce manual effort, improve speed, and increase quality of output.
- - Proficiency in all areas of HubSpot at the Enterprise level (Marketing Hub Enterprise, CRM Hub Enterprise, and Operations Hub).
- - Working knowledge of HTML, advanced data analysis, and dashboarding skills.
- - Strong command for using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, low-code/no-code AI platforms) as part of your daily workflow.
- You don't need to be an engineer, but you should naturally reach for AI to solve problems and aren't waiting for permission to experiment. - You have a very good knowledge of B2B software marketing methodologies. -
- Experience with Clay, N8N, Apollo.io http://Apollo.io, Influ2, Monday.com http://Monday.com and others. - You are a resourceful and creative problem-solver, with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to requests promptly. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
