Responsibilities

Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept and proposal through to release and ongoing maintenance
Mentor teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality task execution and delivery
Drive initiatives to enhance the developer experience, improving workflows and collaboration
Optimise build processes and tooling to boost team productivity
Track record of building strong relationships with users and stakeholders to enhance software quality What we offer

Leverage modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Vite, PNPM, AWS, and Kubernetes
Utilise best-in-class tools including Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Zoom, Lattice, and Slack
Strong TypeScript skills and
experience with Node.js (Fastify preferred) and ideally React or any JS framework
Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and scalable system design
Experience writing comprehensive, effective tests to ensure reliability and maintainability
Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Ant Design, Material Design, Bootstrap) •
Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment Nice to have •
Experience in the betting or gaming industry •
Experience developing back-office applications such as dashboards and CRUD systems with complex data models •
Experience building applications with high-frequency, low-latency data changes
Ability to navigate complex domains and business requirements
