- About the Role Atomic ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice.
- The position offers full-time OR part-time hours with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.
- BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families.
- Qualifications - 40 Hours of RBT Training Completed (Preferred) or willingness to complete prior to starting - Active CPR certification (Preferred) -
- Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields - Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism - A compassionate and patient approach to care - Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance

- You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.
- Responsibilities - Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA - Collect and document accurate data on client progress - Participate in team meetings and ongoing training - Communicate professionally with families and team members
