Requirements
- experience in one of: external audit / assurance (Big 4 or similar), or payment / finance operations at a fintech, bank, or fast-growing startup - Strong comfort with numbers and exceptional attention to detail paired with an hands-on execution based mindset.
- You like doing the work, not just reviewing it - A genuine sense of ownership; you chase loose ends until they're fully resolved - Solid stakeholder management: you can hold a partner to account, collaborate cross-functionally, and communicate clearly with senior management - Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills; SQL

- We're hiring a Finance Reconciliation Analyst into our Dubai hub to take ownership of this work across 35+ currency corridors.
- Reporting to the Treasury / Reconciliation lead, you'll own the day-to-day matching of expected versus actual wires, investigate discrepancies, and drive gaps to resolution with partners.
- You'll work at the intersection of treasury, finance, and operations; and you'll help us move from manual, ad-hoc fixes toward systematic, automated reconciliation.
