Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of
- experience leading, managing, and developing project management professionals. - Demonstrated success building and scaling project management organizations, processes, and governance structures. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, portfolio management practices, and resource planning. -
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs. - Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing people and teams. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. - Proven ability to identify organizational risks, drive alignment, and make prioritization decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and organizational development. - PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.
