Responsibilities

Identify , analyze , and resolve system design weaknesses and performance gaps.
Deliver innovative solutions that enhance product reliability, usability, and lifecycle performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, interfaces, and deliverables.
Support lifecycle activities such as change management, issue investigation, and post-market analysis.

Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Systems, Electrical , Mechanical , Biomedical, or related field). Minimum of 2 years of related engineering
experience Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex system interactions.
Familiarity with risk management processes (e.g., system risk analysis, DFMEA) and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulatory
requirements (e.g., safety, quality, and medical device standards) and the ability to apply them within system design and lifecycle activities.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred
Experience networking with contacts outside own area of expertise and leading sub-functional teams or projects .
Experience in leveraging AI innovatively to improve productivity.
