Responsibilities
- Identify , analyze , and resolve system design weaknesses and performance gaps.
- Deliver innovative solutions that enhance product reliability, usability, and lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, interfaces, and deliverables.
- Support lifecycle activities such as change management, issue investigation, and post-market analysis.

Requirements
- Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Systems, Electrical , Mechanical , Biomedical, or related field). Minimum of 2 years of related engineering
- experience Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex system interactions.
- Familiarity with risk management processes (e.g., system risk analysis, DFMEA) and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulatory
- requirements (e.g., safety, quality, and medical device standards) and the ability to apply them within system design and lifecycle activities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred
- Experience networking with contacts outside own area of expertise and leading sub-functional teams or projects .
- Experience in leveraging AI innovatively to improve productivity.
- Some bring strong engineering instincts and systems thinking, while others contribute deep knowledge in hardware , software, or the business domain.
