Requirements

Job Description: This role is responsible for handling inquiries of moderate scope and complexity, using data from multiple sources and applying basic analytical skills to interpret information, evaluate variables, and identify appropriate solutions.
Work activities focus on tasks within a specific discipline and department, including managing data and documentation updates across multiple systems, supporting the creation and revision of documentation in PLM (including packaging standards), and entering data into SAP.
Knowledge in the English and Nihongo languages are required (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience working with data, documentation, or administrative systems
Ability to follow defined processes and work instructions
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred
Experience with PLM systems or documentation workflows
Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering support, or related fields
Familiarity with quality management systems and process documentation
