- experience in Employee Relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, respectful workplace culture.
- Ability to design and manage Talent Management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
- experience in senior HR or people leadership roles, ideally in technology, digital, or professional services environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is an advantage.
