- Optimize plant performance by managing costs, production targets, and quality standards.
- Develop, mentor, and engage team members to build a high-performing, accountable workforce.

- What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a production or industrial environment.
- Ability to analyze data, make sound decisions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of aggregate operations, heavy equipment, pit development and plant processes.
