Responsibilities

Identify and generate demand among customers while maintaining effective customer relationships over time. PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Maintain contact database with accurate profiles, notes and opportunity information.
Coordinate sales opportunities that span multiple IDEXX products involving multiple IDEXX sales representatives.
Ensure complete and timely information about customer accounts is available to decision makers to yield effective business strategies and outcomes.
Prioritize and make calls to prospects and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education required. Major in microbiology or environment will be preferred
experience in Telemarketing/Technical Support REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: High comfort with both outbound and inbound sales activity, combining account strategy with attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly, build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook).

JOB SUMMARY The position will responsible for maintaining customers and prospects through multiple channels including voice, fax, email, web and chat.
Partner with other teams to leverage the strengths of the IDEXX portfolio, promotional offerings and a targeted sales approach to drive profitable revenue and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to customers when required Coordinate efforts with field sales team to retain, acquire and grow account base.
May attend industry shows in territory as necessary. MINIMUM
Good communication skills including writing, listening and questioning.
Capability to absorb and articulate technical information.
Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment.
Effective time management skills to ensure desired business outcomes. English is a plus.
