Responsibilities

You'll design AI driven data analytics platforms, data pipelines and metric governance systems that our business leaders use on a daily basis to make key strategic decisions.
Have a good grasp and ability to explain the various tradeoffs made in decisions
experience with a high level programming language (bonus points for experience with Python or Go) AI
Experience in Agentic workflows, Model Evaluation, Causal models and Anomaly detection
When facing a problem that's poorly defined or outside of your expertise, you can quickly learn what you need to dig in, make sense of the problem, and start working towards a solution
experience defining API schemas and developing backend services in a microservices environment

The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $136,000 - CAD $170,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
