Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain required documentation/records associated with performed maintenance and repair including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
  • Warehouse inventory – Organize and maintain warehouse supplies, ensure sensitive materials are properly secured, maintain special supplies and equipment as needed, including spill cleanup supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor Contractor performance and work closely with Contractors to ensure work is complete according to specification.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor. Education H.S.

Requirements

  • Equipment operation – Maintenance Operator will be required to operate facility equipment such as forklifts, backhoe, skid steer, trucks, vacuum truck, air compressors, and generators.

  • Tasks include performing routine inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of assigned mainline and facility equipment/systems, including but not limited to Pressure Control Devices (PCD’s); filter changing; double block and bleed checks; valve, pump, VRU and rack maintenance; meter replacements; flange torqueing and unbolting; pipe threading; piping drain-ups and spec installation.
