Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers •
Perform thorough inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, high-quality work •
Explain findings and solution options to customers in a clear, respectful way •
Recommend repairs or upgrades when they truly make sense for the customer •
Document work with notes and photos for efficiency and follow-up •
Deliver excellent service that builds trust, referrals, and repeat business

experience required – we’ll train the right candidate! Mechanical aptitude and comfort speaking with customers are key.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work •
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is a plus •
Experience with garage doors or ServiceTitan is helpful—but not required 🎁 What We Offer •

Position: Garage Door Technician Location: Hayward, CA Compensation:
$22/hour during paid training
Realistic annual earnings of $80,000–$150,000 after training
Paid Training at $22/hour – Hands-on training with experienced technicians •
High Earning Potential – Realistic post-training income of $80,000–$150,000 annually • Full
