- GTM Customer Story Enablement You'll support our customer story program by developing supporting materials for our customer stories that help enable our GTM teams to showcase customer proof when talking about Zip.
- Strong writing, collateral creation, and the ability to tell a clear, compelling customer narrative are important here.
- experience in B2B SaaS from a marketing or a customer-facing role, ideally with exposure to customer marketing, event marketing, or content marketing - Strong writing skills: specifically the ability to write polished sales enablement materials that convey the challenges customers were facing and how Zip has solved for those challenges - Strong project management skills: organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple programs at once - Comfortable working cross-functionally, especially with Product
