Responsibilities
- Create polished, high-impact motion graphics that establish the quality bar across typography, layout, compositing, transitions, UI animation, and storytelling.
- Build Motion Systems That Scale
- Develop reusable After Effects templates, animation guidelines, and HTML5 display standards that enable efficient, consistent production across high-volume creative programs.
- Own HTML5 Motion Design
- Lead the creation of animated HTML5 display ads, banner systems, and ad platform specifications, ensuring every asset meets technical requirements, performance standards, and brand expectations.
- Design and animate UI interactions, product demonstrations, explainer content, and kinetic typography that simplify complex enterprise technology concepts into engaging visual experiences.

Requirements

- Leverage AI-assisted tools and emerging creative technologies where they enhance efficiency, while applying strong creative judgment to determine when traditional motion design delivers the best result. WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- experience with a portfolio or demo reel showcasing polished, high-end creative work.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Exceptional understanding of typography, composition, animation principles, pacing, and UI-driven motion design. •
- Experience creating animated HTML5 display advertising, banner systems, and assets that meet platform specifications and performance requirements. •
- Experience developing motion templates, design systems, and scalable production workflows.
- experience working across multidisciplinary creative teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while mentoring others and helping shape evolving creative processes.
- Comfort leveraging AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows while maintaining exceptional creative quality.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or other B2B brands. •
- Experience with 3D motion design using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
- experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. •

- Salary Range: $70,500 - $83,000
- The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.

- In this role, you'll help define how motion comes to life across the program, establishing creative standards, building scalable systems, and producing premium work that engages technical and executive audiences alike.
- You'll collaborate closely with the Art Director, designers, editors, and cross-functional partners while mentoring teammates and helping shape a motion practice built for scale.
- Partner closely with the Art Director, Senior Video Editor, designers, copywriters, and strategists to bring concepts from storyboard to final execution while maintaining a consistent visual language.
- Provide thoughtful creative direction, feedback, and technical guidance that helps motion designers strengthen their skills and maintain high-quality execution across the team.
