Responsibilities
- Lead the Solution Architecture chapter , setting standards, coaching architects, managing performance, and building capability across domains and programs.
- Own the cross-domain integration strategy between Oracle Fusion ERP and third-party applications, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient data flows and interoperability.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, Application, and Program leadership to co-create the multi-year architecture roadmap and ensure technology choices support long-term business strategy.
- Lead architecture review forums and communities of practice , ensuring consistent application of patterns, principles, and reference architectures across vendors and workstreams.
- Identify architecture risks and constraints early and drive mitigation plans in partnership with program leadership and domain teams.
Requirements
- This role requires working closely with key stakeholders across various domain like Supply Chain, Finance and other technology teams within GTS. Let’s talk about
- experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (preferred) or similar Tier-1 SaaS ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Workday, etc.), covering at least two of: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems integration and data architecture – APIs, services, event-driven patterns, batch, and master data domains. Strong
- experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and modern integration platforms (iPaaS, ESB, API gateways).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams of architects or technical leads across domains and/or vendors (direct or matrix).
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to ERP and data (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO13485), with
- High fluency with architecture methods and modeling (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar) and documenting decisions through clear, consumable artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, cloud certs, Oracle Fusion certs) are a plus.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree.
- Looks beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems, has in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Experience
- Experience 15+ years in enterprise / solution architecture, with 8+ years leading architecture for large-scale ERP or global transformation programs. Hands-on
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience.

- Runs the design authority for the ERP transformation program , enabling key solution designs and resolving trade-offs between cost, speed, risk, and compliance.
- Embed governance and compliance into solution design by partnering with data, security, and regulatory teams to meet SOX, GDPR, ISO13485 and other relevant standards.
- Direct and challenge system integration partners and vendors , ensuring proposed solutions align with Resmed’s reference architecture, are fit-for-purpose, and avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication.
