Requirements
- In this role, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders to develop a deeper understanding of workforce trends, capabilities, and risks.
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of progressive
- experience in HR or related disciplines
- Experience with workforce data, reporting, and planning processes Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills Preferred
- experience standing up or maturing workforce planning programs
- Experience supporting workforce planning tools or analytics initiatives Understanding of business operations and workforce implications Project and change management

- What you’ll do Partner with the Workforce Planning team to support and advance workforce planning capability across the organization Work closely across HR, Finance, and the business to connect workforce plans with business priorities and financial outcomes Develop insights on workforce composition, trends, and risks (capacity, skills, talent availability) Translate business priorities into actionable workforce insights and recommendations that inform leadership decisions Identify and assess critical roles
