Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional People programs, from ideation through execution and iteration
- Deliver People products through scalable processes and frameworks that improve employee
- Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across initiatives, proactively driving alignment and decision-making
- Establish program governance, reporting, and operating rhythms to track progress and outcomes
Requirements
- This is a highly visible role requiring strong program management, systems thinking, and the ability to connect initiatives across the organization while improving operational effectiveness and employee experience.
- experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field, preferably within a high-growth technology or SaaS environment Proven
- experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and driving initiatives from strategy through execution
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term organizational goals with detailed operational execution
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels •
