Responsibilities
- Design and oversee staff development programs to enhance project management capabilities by proactively identifying capability gaps and building resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department leaders to ensure alignment of project management practices with organizational objectives.
- Support the adoption of continuous improvement initiatives across the project management function.
- Consistently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PMO initiatives and routinely create improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in project management processes.
- Lead and grow a high performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management for direct and indirect reports.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Essential Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field, or equivalent
- experience Deep understanding of global clinical research operations and clinical development practices Proven success developing SOPs and implementing scalable systems Strong executive‑level communication and presentation skills Ability to influence without direct authority in a complex, matrixed organization Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into operational execution Preferred PMP or equivalent project management certification
