- THE ROLE We're looking for someone to help us solve problems for the business as we scale.
- Some weeks that means finding and closing exceptional candidates.
- Other weeks it means figuring out why a process broke, writing the playbook that fixes it, or helping us think through a strategic decision we've never faced before. We're a startup.
- RESPONSIBILITIES - Hiring — You'll run recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, pipeline management, candidate experience, and closing.
- We're building a world-class team and you'll be central to that. - Operations — As we grow, things break.
- You'll identify where and build the systems, processes, and structure to fix them before they slow us down. - Strategy — You'll work directly with the founding team on problems that don't have obvious answers yet.
