Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
- Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene at all times
- Ensure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition function Role Requirements:
Requirements
- ***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. A day in the life:
- experience from first touch to close
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize your recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes
- experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without losing detail or momentum
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools
- Most Important Things (MITs):
Experience
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house Hands-on
