Requirements
- Experience Required 4–6 years of
- experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on design systems or component library work Portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking: component design, token architecture, pattern documentation Advanced Figma proficiency, including components, variants, auto-layout, variables, and Dev Mode / Code Connect
- Experience designing for cross-platform environments (iOS, Android, Web) Strong understanding of design tokens and how they bridge design and engineering Working fluency reading front-end component code (HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, or React) and using Figma Dev Mode / Code Connect to independently verify design-to-code API parity with engineering Preferred
- Experience designing within a React Native codebase specifically, or working closely with a React Native engineering team Familiarity with AI-assisted design or development tools (e.g.
- AI-assisted Figma workflows, code-generation copilots, or similar) and interest in applying them to design system workflows Hands-on coding
