Supervisor Environmental Programs

Responsibilities

  • Define, communicate, and report environmental processes and metrics to leadership.
  • Oversee training for business operations on environmental programs, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with field environmental leaders to understand operational needs and facilitate technical decision-making, support resolution of environmental compliance risk and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate workforce planning, career development, and supports expense planning and forecasting through data analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience: Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, or a science based field; a minimum of seven (7) years of
  • experience in the natural gas industry and with environmental compliance and reporting and emissions control Preferred: A minimum of five (5) years of experiencing leading a team of professionals Other
