Requirements
- Strategic and Commercial Thinking - Identify opportunities for new product lines, operational efficiencies, or market expansion. - Contribute to business cases, market sizing, pricing considerations, and go-to-market thinking. - Work with stakeholders to evaluate commercial viability and operational feasibility of new initiatives. - Think beyond feature delivery and understand how products contribute to revenue, risk, and long-term company positioning.
- Technical Fluency You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable: - Working closely with backend and infrastructure teams - Understanding APIs, workflows, and system dependencies - Discussing implementation tradeoffs with engineers - Writing clear and structured product
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, trading, or financial services - Exposure to regulated environments -
- Experience working with engineering teams on backend-heavy products - Background in consulting, startups, strategy, operations, or technical product management -
