- Experience leading talent acquisition in early-stage and/or engineering-led organizations - Strong people management skills and the ability to inspire trust and followership - Deep understanding of technical recruiting, technical fluency, and strong judgement for what “great” looks like - A data-driven approach with a bias for experimentation and improvement - Track record of building efficient, scalable recruiting operations and infrastructure - Comfort rolling up your sleeves and sourcing, screening, and
