Senior Manager/Associate Director - Finance

Responsibilities

Lead and Own U.S. Accounts Receivable for the Company
Initiate best-in-class global support of the month-end close, year-end close, and audit support
Own end-to-end accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping for the Indian entity, along with expense management and vendor payments
Supervise, mentor, and guide the India finance team (2 personnel) and the AR collections analysts (3 personnel) Compliance
Own end to end compliance for the Indian entity including Financial Audit, RBI, STPI, MCA and other regulatory filings including:

experience with strong knowledge of Indian Accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP •
Experience working with a Big 4 firm is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required. Conversant with MS Office
Ability to work some U.S. pacific time zone hours Proven
experience with process improvements, automation and the ability to incorporate AI to improve processes
