IT infrastructure Project Manager

Responsibilities

Create schedules, budgets, and implementation plans, and monitor their execution.
Supervise the project team, motivate, and develop team members’ competencies.
Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
Report progress, prepare presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure that all activities comply with the company’s strategy and industry standards.
Champion and communicate both project and team member successes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Ensure a high level of coordination and collaboration with assigned Functional IT Business Relationship Managers to support and deliver their portfolio of projects.
Lead and oversee the change management process across the program, ensuring effective adoption of new solutions and practices.
Optimize resource allocation across projects and resolve conflicts to ensure efficient program delivery.

This position requires the ability to combine technical expertise mainly in Network Infrastructure area with team management and business communication skills.
What will you need to be successful? Higher education in a technical or business field. Minimum 7 years of
experience in managing IT complex projects or IT programs.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI).
PMP certification a strong plus.
Experience working in an international environment and leading cross-functional projects.
Advanced English language proficiency.
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work under time pressure You. Unlimited.
