Responsibilities
- Create schedules, budgets, and implementation plans, and monitor their execution.
- Supervise the project team, motivate, and develop team members’ competencies.
- Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
- Report progress, prepare presentations, and project documentation.
- Ensure that all activities comply with the company’s strategy and industry standards.
- Champion and communicate both project and team member successes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure a high level of coordination and collaboration with assigned Functional IT Business Relationship Managers to support and deliver their portfolio of projects.
- Lead and oversee the change management process across the program, ensuring effective adoption of new solutions and practices.
- Optimize resource allocation across projects and resolve conflicts to ensure efficient program delivery.
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to combine technical expertise mainly in Network Infrastructure area with team management and business communication skills.
- What will you need to be successful? Higher education in a technical or business field. Minimum 7 years of
- experience in managing IT complex projects or IT programs.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI).
- PMP certification a strong plus.
- Experience working in an international environment and leading cross-functional projects.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to work under time pressure You. Unlimited.
