Responsibilities
- Train the store team on BoH processes, ensuring adherence to standard procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Product and Brand Expertise : Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and stay current on global company initiatives, including sustainability efforts and Athlete stories.
- experience through well-organized, visually appealing displays.
- experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
- experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives. •
- Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.

- Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base hourly rate $29.80/hr- $32.70/hr.
