Benefits

ONEOK provides a monthly geographical allowance of $1,500 (pre-tax) for this position in addition to the base salary.
Expected Salary Range $79,000.00 - $119,000.00

JOB SUMMARY The I&E Technician – Intermediate is a key contributor to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of ONEOK’s newly constructed Cutter Plant.

This role provides hands‑on technical and operational support across a broad range of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems that are critical to gas processing operations.

Working in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art facility, the technician installs, commissions, inspects, calibrates, troubleshoots, and maintains complex systems that support plant performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The I&E Technician partners closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams while adhering to ONEOK ESH standards and applicable regulations.

In addition to technical execution, the role supports documentation, management of change processes, and may provide mentorship to less experienced technicians.

Job Profile Summary The technician is responsible for providing operational and technical support for various electrical, instrumentation, control systems, and related equipment.

Responsibilities Comply with ONEOK ESH policies and governmental regulations Install, commission, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain the following equipment including but not limited to: Instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, level, flow, vibration, transmitters) Control Valves / Actuators Fire and gas detection systems Flow computers Gas analyzers ESD and safety interlock systems (SIS) Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, remote terminal units (RTU)

Responsibilities may include Department of Transportation (DOT) covered functions, including operations, maintenance, or emergency response on a pipeline.

Job duties also require the employee to be alert and respond immediately to dangerous or hazardous conditions, and where impaired performance, or failure to follow safety precautions, could result in serious injury or property damage.
