Job Description Monitor and review cardholder prompts submitted to AI agents for potential AML, sanctions, terrorist financing, or prohibited-use risks Analyze large-scale transactions, prompt, and behavioral data to identify suspicious activity and strengthen detection capabilities Lead complex investigations and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation of findings and case actions Develop and maintain controls, review protocols, and escalation procedures to support timely alerting,

Qualifications Basic
8years of relevant experience.Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.Current member in good standing of a State Bar with the ability to become barred or a registered in-house counsel in the state where this role is located. Preferred
Strong knowledge of AML and sanctions laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and related financial crime compliance frameworks 5+ years of
experience in AML, sanctions, or financial crimes compliance preferred 3+ years of
experience in transaction monitoring, investigations, or suspicious activity detection
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Ability to draft clear, concise investigative summaries and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Experience with AI systems, AI governance, or emerging technology risk is a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment U.S.
