Our team represents mortgage lenders, banks, servicers, and financial institutions across multiple jurisdictions, combining deep legal knowledge with modern technology and efficient processes.
Experience in title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, mortgage banking, creditors’ rights, real estate, or related litigation strongly preferred Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and case management skills Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader legal team Strong client service mindset and professional communication skills Why You Will Love Working Here Flexible hybrid or remote options may be available
