Responsibilities
- - Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across different environments.
Requirements
- The RBT will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- This role is crucial in helping children develop essential skills and improve their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is preferred. - RBT certification is required. - Previous
- experience with high-aggression youth is highly desired.
- Willingness to work with this population is a must. - Familiarity with data collection methods and ABA terminology is essential. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices is required. -
- Experience in behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques is a plus. - A background in special education or related fields will be beneficial for this role.
