Responsibilities
- P roduct Integration & Localization Enablement: Drive product integration initiatives between Workday and partner solutions in collaboration with partners and Workday Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Represent Japan-specific requirements, including payroll regulations, labor compliance, and time management practices, within Workday’s global product organization.
- Support partners through integration design, roadmap alignment, and deployment readiness.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Contributing to the development and execution of joint GTM initiatives with partners.
- experience in areas such as partner management, business development, sales, account management, or a related field within the technology industry (SaaS experience is often a plus). Some
- experience working with or for technology partners would be beneficial sills.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort with technology and understanding of SaaS concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is often a plus.
