Workday HR - PATT Configuration Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements during Workday releases (R1 & R2).
  • Develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality assurance for all configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and HR, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Maintain documentation of configurations and processes for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules to meet complex business requirements.

Requirements

  • Workday Pro Certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or other relevant modules preferred. 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with proven expertise in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security frameworks.
  • Experience in building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions in a global environment.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while influencing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically across HR processes.
  • experience in an analyst, BRM or development role Workday certification in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking.
  • Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point).
  • Qualifications Include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Enterprise Architecture, or MBA with Technology Focus (preferred). Direct
  • experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Report Writer, Business Processes Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists.
  • Ability to access and use a variety of computer software developed both in-house and off-the-shelf.
  • Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moves) objects including luggage and laptop computer with a maximum lift of 15-20 lbs.
