Sr. HR Analytics Analyst (Workday reporting/SQL)

Responsibilities

• responsibilities include: Ownership of the Data Warehouse project – from early stages to launch, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors Developing standard data sources in our source applications (specifically Workday & ServiceNow, but will expand across multiple applications) Help report developers build out reports and dashboards when available Support the needs of data science to optimize their data sources, and help build models if available Acting

• Qualifications Basic
• experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of work
• experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience working with Workday Data Sources, building custom reports & dashboards
• Experience designing and building a warehouse strategy with data multiple source systems Preferred
• experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing and analyzing structured and unstructured data using tools such as SQL, R or Python
• Experience applying multivariate statistical methods such as GLM, analysis of quasi-experimental research designs with non-equivalent groups (e.g., regression adjustment, matching, propensity score stratification), longitudinal analysis, classification, dimension reduction, clustering, hierarchical linear (random effects) modeling, etc., to people research problems in organizations
• Experience working in an agile environment, breaking down work into various tasks, identifying dependencies, and managing capacity through a sprint planning process
