Responsibilities

  • Support basic technical SEO hygiene tasks as needed: canonical tags, hreflang implementation for multilingual properties, XML sitemap health, and structured data validation.

Requirements

  • Provide internal training and documentation on tracking best practices, GTM usage, and data layer standards for non-technical marketing team members.
  • Job requirements Required experience and qualifications: 3–5 years of
  • experience in tag implementation, marketing analytics, or digital marketing data roles.
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise in Google Tag Manager — including custom HTML, JavaScript variables, triggers, data layer design, and debugging.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4: event schema design, conversion configuration, custom dimensions/metrics, audiences, and cross-domain tracking. Proven
  • experience with Google Ads enhanced conversions and offline conversion import workflows.
  • Working proficiency in HTML and JavaScript sufficient for custom tagging solutions and data layer validation. Hands-on
  • experience with Salesforce (Pardot) or HubSpot for tracking integrations, UTM attribution, and CRM data quality.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau for marketing and analytics use cases.
  • Solid understanding of form tracking methodologies, UTM frameworks, attribution models, and lead measurement.
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console: performance reporting, coverage/indexing analysis, and Core Web Vitals monitoring.
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, and consent-based tag firing strategies.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, or Ahrefs for technical audits.
  • Google Tag Manager, GA4, or Google Ads certifications are a plus.

Additional details

  • experience signals; coordinate with development teams on remediation where performance issues affect organic visibility.
  • Use GSC data in conjunction with GA4 to build a joined-up view of organic traffic quality, landing page engagement, and goal completion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with paid media, SEO, web development, CRM, and marketing operations teams globally to ensure tracking supports all marketing programmes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on measurement: advise on attribution approaches, conversion definitions, and reporting methodology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to self-diagnose tracking discrepancies and drive resolution.
  • Excellent written communication; able to document technical specifications clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred
