- ABOUT THE ROLE You'll build and optimize the experiences that turn visitors into users and users into paying customers.
- This means owning new user onboarding, activation funnels, viral loops, and monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows.
- You'll balance scrappy experimentation with deliberate execution, moving fast when trying new ideas but slowing down when dealing with money.
- You'll be motivated by seeing growth and monetization metrics go up and to the right.
- Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco.
